How it works ?
Thermocouples temperature sensors are elements composed of two wire legs made from different metals. When the temperature changes, a voltage is created across these legs but since it is too small to be directly measured, an additional device is needed to make it usable. The type K is the most common type of thermocouple. It’s inexpensive, accurate, reliable, and has a wide temperature range.
